Every Winter, teams from high schools around greater Bay Area (from Salinas to Marin county) travel to UC Santa Cruz for the Northern California High School Ethics Bowl. 

Hosted by UCSC’s Center for Public Philosophy, the NorCal HSEB serves as a qualifying regional for the National High School Ethics Bowl. The winner of the regional competition typically goes on to the National Championship at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
